Remarkable SRC/Local Nugs Manifesto Reading

Remarkable, in this write-up, is an understatement. The SRC/LOCAL NUGS manifesto reading definitely one to remember. From the anticipated cheers to the unexpected hullabaloo between supporters of the various presidential  candidates,  yesterday's events which was held at the  Auditorium 900 didn’t fail to thrill us and give us something to talk about.
Aspirants for various  positions presented their manifesto to the whole University as to what they will do if voted into power. The likes of Francis Arthur, Albert Nuakoh, Elizabeth Boateng, Elizabeth Dwamena, Amuzu Sena, Sosi etc put in their best to convince the electorates that they are the right candidates for the job. The chairman of the ceremony, Mr. Eugene Dartey described the event as successful but was however not happy with the conduct of some of the supporters of the various aspirants.
The event was full of promises as aspirants outline their various plans they hope to achieve when given the mandate. But the important question is, WHO WILL DELIVER? I am not psychic so i cant predict but we may be able to infer, based on our personal sense of judgement, which person is best for the job.

Remember, ‘Democracy cannot succeed unless those who express their choice are prepared to vote wisely. The real safeguard to democracy, therefore, is education.’ (Franklin R. Roosevelt).
