The University of Cape Coast Association of Business Students (UCCABS) launched its official website during the ICAG Young Entrepreneurs Day held on Friday, 30th October 2015.
The event which experienced a rather impressive patronage saw the likes of great personalities such as Mr. Delanyo Quayson, Head of HR-UniBank; Prof Siaw Frimpong, Vice Dean of the school; Mr Fred Moore(CA), the CEO of the Institute of Chatered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) and Mrs Rita Aku-Shika Diabah, Managing Director of Yesli Ventures gracing the occassion.

Also in attendance were several dignitaries including lecturers, the Faculty Officer, entrepreneurs, staff and students of the school.

Speaking on behalf of the IT Committee, Mr Shepherd Morrtey expressed that the website was for all members of the association therefore it was prudent for every member of the association to visit the website for news and announcements with regards to UCCABS and desist from bothering the executives with calls and messages in that regard.
He used the opportunity to encourage every student to register as a MEMBER once they are able to log onto the site.
An important feature on the website that he re-iterated is the ASK UCCABS link where students and guests could get interactive with the Executives of the Association.
There is also a GALLERY session where students can browse through pictures taken at UCCABS events. The twitter handle of the association @UCCABS was also unveiled as part of the ceremony.
